We try to use God's grace with our old character and attitude. Definitely messy results. Your old container though it can take to new wine, it will soon burst. In order words, your old character and attitude will mess up the new life of God. This is why need to fellowship with Jesus everyday to show us all that needs to go so the world can see Him in us. I want you fresh everyday day. We want you!

In today episode of Like Jesus podcast I blend the on going idea of abiding with Jesus with the Power of Word challenge. People closest to you: in your family are the ones bound to get the life or death that comes out of your mouth. I am discovering that the aim is not just to learn how to talk better but to trust God to control what you think about others around u. No matter how much you try to say the best about others, if you think bad, judgmental and mean thoughts about them, very soon, a fruit of your thought about them will soon be revealed. What about you? Do you think it's easier to think well of others in order to relate well with them?

Jesus said abide in me, i discovered that the life of Christ inside us is that branch he talks about and since that branch is his, abiding in him would be natural for the branch, because that's what they do. Abiding in Jesus is in different forms. First are you connected/set free? Second, take time to be alone with God and third do it every moment. In order to be like Jesus we must abide in him. His life must be active in ours. God bless!
